The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Every mosaic or glass piece is unique and one of kind, inspired by whatever comes to mind whenever I receive or acquire items to mosaic with. The cowboy boots are inspired purely from my obsession with all things country, cowboy boots and hats!

Nothing ever goes to waste, I constantly see things and think they can go in a mosaic! Stones, bottle tops, dolls house accessories, charms, keys, thimbles… etc.
